Returns & Refunds Policy
At The Brow Technicians, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our cosmetic products, we can only accept returns under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be unopened, unused and in their original condition to be eligible for return.
- Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide a store credit for the value of the returned product(s), which can be used on future purchases. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once approved, you will need to ship the product(s) back to our warehouse at your own cost.
- Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Return Shipping Fees:
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover the cost of returning items to us.
Conditions for Store Credit:
- Store credit will be issued within 48 hours once the returned item(s) are received and inspected by our team.
- Please note that the returned item(s) must meet the conditions outlined above to qualify for store credit.
