Shipping policy


Domestic Shipping Policy 

At TBT Cosmetics, we use Australia Post to deliver all orders within Australia. Please note the following details regarding our shipping process:

  • Delivery Service: Australia Post
  • Shipping Timeframe: 2-9 business days (depending on your location)
  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can track its progress.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, postal delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to ensure that your order reaches you within the estimated timeframe.

International Shipping Policy

  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and region.
  • Please allow between 6 to 28 business days for delivery.
  • For more accurate delivery time estimates, please visit the Australia Post website.

Click & Collect Policy

Click & Collect orders are available for pickup on the following days and times:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • 12.00pm-4.30pm

Collections are not available outside of these hours.

Order Collection Requirements

Please ensure you await your “Ready for Pick Up” confirmation email before attending collection. Your order will not be available for pickup until you have received this notification.

When collecting your order, you must present your order confirmation email (either printed or on your mobile device) for verification.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the size/weight of your order.
  • Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your region and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be collected upon delivery.

Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days.
  • During peak sale periods, order processing times may be extended, with dispatch taking up to 1–2 weeks due to high order volumes.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the destination country and item availability.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number along with a link to track your package.
  • Please note that updates to tracking may be delayed during customs processing.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other charges, which are determined by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total cost at checkout.
  • We cannot control or predict these fees.

Address Information

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
  • We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items may be restricted from shipping to certain countries due to local regulations. Any restrictions will be indicated on the product page or during checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once your package is in transit, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
  • In the event of a lost or stolen package, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please review the product details carefully before completing your purchase.
